Lead Field Sales Representative (Auto parts industry!) 

Phoenix, AZ

$75-85K/year and great benefits! Travel Required! 

We are looking for an outgoing and eager Lead Field Sales Representative to join our amazing team at 1-800 Radiator! This is a full-time position, forty hours a week minimum. 

As a 1-800 Lead Field Service Representative, you will manage a team of field service representatives who support our client’s customer service needs. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that clients know about our automotive products’ promotions and new products! This role requires a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. 

Lead Sales Representative Duties will include:  

• Visit clients daily, all in the auto business 
• Provide excellent leadership and management skills to the team within your assigned region 
• Accountable for sales metrics and visit data  
• Develop and build relationships with new and existing customers 
• Maintain customer data in the company database 
• Promote new/existing automotive parts/products 
• Assist customers and team with questions about products, pricing, service, warranties 

Lead Sales Representative Qualifications: 

• Independent worker and self-motivated, willing to go above and beyond for our customers and team 
• Strong communication skills with great customer service aptitude 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills 
• Outgoing to be able to strike up conversations with a variety of customers in the automotive industry 
• Administrative work (assessing sales, checking visits and activity, labor claims, etc.) 
• Ability to quickly analyze and resolve customer service issues 
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record 
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. 
• Spanish/English bilingual a plus! 
• Automotive parts sales/knowledge or delivery experience a plus 
• Prior sales experience desired
