Customer Marketing & Advocacy Manager

Your Mission:

• Operate as a pivotal member of the "Customer Programs" team, where you'll employ innovative strategies to engage our expanding customer base
• Work in concert with the Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales departments to develop an aligned customer advocacy strategy
• Collaborate with customers and Marketing colleagues to produce compelling success stories, blogs, webinars, interviews, and other similar assets
• Oversee a comprehensive customer advocacy database that organizes all collateral (ie. testimonials, case studies, quotes), and other critical information (ie. referral and logo-use permission)
• Cultivate programs to further engage our customer base and foster community (virtual and in-person events!)
• Formulate and execute a targeted marketing plan to keep customers informed and excited about SoSafe, and support our goals for upselling and cross-selling to our existing customer base

Your Profile:

A marketing enthusiast with a strong interest in IT and SaaS environments

• Experienced in developing deep customer relationships to create success stories and case studies, ideally with experience in Customer marketing, Customer Success or Product Marketing
• An excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams, but can also operate independently
• Skilled in project management and copywriting
• Creative thinker excited by new, outside-of-the-box ideas, while also possessing the analytical skills to quantify and evaluate impact
• You’re invigorated by the startup scene, capable of flourishing in a fast-paced environment of continuous growth and change
• Business fluent in English, with a good level of German
