Security Manager - SAP/STO - Germany

Responsibilities

Peraton is looking for someone who leads and acts as a full participant as a Manager of Security Special Access Program / Strategic Technical Operations (SAP/STO) to support operations in Stuttgart Germany.  You will exhibit an in-depth level of knowledge of SAP/STO oversight publications, instructions, and guides. Contribute substantive content to the development and implementation of security policies.   Initiates action towards accomplishing assignments and assists in furthering progress toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives of the program.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Minimum 10 years of experience performing Special Security Officer duties, to include Alternative Compensatory Control Measure (ACCM) and Special Access Programs and Special Technical Operations (SAP/STO) to include managing accreditation package repository for all STO and AIS system certification and accreditation documentation as well as modifications.
• Experience supporting the planning of compartmented theater operations.
• Experience supporting the management and oversight of a comprehensive Special Compartmented Information (SCI) program.
• Possesses practical knowledge and experience with the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and Scattered-Castles.
• Experience conducting identify security deficiencies, and report security violations. Supports security inspections; identify security discrepancies; prepare reports. Manages quarterly and incident security audits.
• Willingness to work and live in Germany.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience working at a Joint or the Component Command Level
• Experience working with USEUCOM or USAFRICOM

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
