Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.</p></div><p><strong>Your Impact<br><br></strong>As Senior Manager, Global Environmental Health &amp; Safety (EHS), you will lead the execution of enterprise-wide environmental, health, and safety programs across a complex, regulated, and rapidly scaling global organization.<br><br>You will drive compliance with environmental and occupational safety regulations, safeguard employees and operations, and strengthen enterprise risk management practices. Partnering closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Facilities, Legal, and senior leadership, you will help ensure safe, compliant, and resilient operations across all global locations.<br><br>In a fast-scaling, highly regulated, government-facing environment, your leadership will protect our workforce, safeguard our operations, and reinforce the integrity of our public safety partnerships around the world.<strong><br><br>What You’ll Do<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead execution of the global EHS program in support of enterprise growth and geographic expansion.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations across jurisdictions.</li> <li>Implement and maintain global EHS policies, standards, and governance frameworks.</li> <li>Conduct multi-site risk assessments and lead mitigation programs across manufacturing, warehouse, R&amp;D, and office environments.</li> <li>Oversee regulatory reporting, audit readiness, and compliance tracking.</li> <li>Inform senior leadership on EHS risk exposure, regulatory changes, and mitigation efforts.</li> <li>Build and manage EHS training programs, site-level safety committees, and supporting documentation to maintain operational readiness.</li> <li>Lead incident response protocols, root cause analysis, and corrective action programs.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement in safety culture and operational compliance.</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally to embed safety and environmental standards into daily operations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring<br></strong></p> <ul> <li&g
