And do you have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills? Then you could be our next Analysis student assistant in the Analysis and Thought Leadership team in Danfoss Group.
Work Location: Danfoss Copenhagen Campus.
What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Generation and activation of empirical case-based insights showing the impact of Danfoss solutions, technologies, and services across the world for decision-makers.
- Support thorough validation of cases and analytical insights in close alignment with internal business units, key internal and stakeholders.
- Maintain the high level of credibility of our products by ensuring that facts, figures, and claims presented in external communication from the department of Corporate Communication and PA are trustworthy and validated.
- Desk research on various climate, energy, industry, and policy topics.
- Feeding into position papers, (policy) briefs, presentations and opinion articles on global climate and energy topics as well as global mega-trends.
- Working closely with the rest of the Public Affairs team members on strategic priorities, including project management, research, and communication tasks.
- Ad-hoc tasks, for instance on events and meeting preparation and execution.
What We're Looking For
To be considered for the role we expect:
- You are passionate about climate, energy, and sustainability and are strongly motivated to explore new and technical topics.
- You’re currently following a university degree in a relevant field such as Sustainable Energy Systems, Engineering, Environmental Economics, Political Science, Sustainability, Earth systems etc. You have at least one year of studying left.
- You are a problem-solver with a can-do attitude, have strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility which shows in the ability to manage time and projects independently.
- You have a highly curious mindset, with a strong motivation to explore new and technical topics. We operate as a closely-knit team and love getting nerdy, so we are looking for a dependable and fun team player.
- Experience with our key audience (governmental organizations or other senior-level international decision makers) is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills are required. Danish or other language skills are an advantage but not a prerequisite.
Additional Information
Average working hours per week: 15 hours or more.
Starting date: as soon as possible but ideally 1 January 2026.
