What You Will Achieve
The Associate, Creative Excellence & Experience (CE&E) plays a critical role in advancing Creative Excellence initiatives and amplifying the impact of the Product Advertising Leads (PALs) across the organization. This role will drive operational execution, cross-functional coordination, and preparation of materials that enable CE&E programs to run smoothly and at scale. This role translates ambiguous inputs into structured workflows, tools and documentation; manages day-to-day operating rhythm (trackers, office hours, meeting operations, etc,); and supports high-visibility initiatives by developing materials and decision-ready updates for leadership. This role operates under the guidance of Senior Director, Creative Catalyst Pathway, Tools & Standards.
How you will Achieve It
Coordinate logistics and execution for CE&E operating moments (e.g., office hours and other meeting operations), ensuring forums run consistently and content is ready for stakeholders.
Support the development, evolution and activation of Creative Excellence initiatives, including standards, playbooks, toolkits, and best-practice resources
Collect, organize, and maintain operational data that feeds updates, dashboards, and leadership reporting (including synthesis of learnings and action items).
Support CE&E budget management through tracking, documentation, and process guidance (budget SOPs, cadence, responsibilities), enabling timely approvals and accurate reporting
Build and maintain team knowledge hubs (SharePoint/Teams file structure, onboarding templates, internal “source of truth” resources) to improve visibility, adoption, and team efficiency.
Assist with the implementation and adoption of processes, tools, and standards across the global marketing organization

Basic Qualifications
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 4 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience in product marketing/marketing operations (agency or in-house) in a highly regulated environment.
Ability to synthesize information and translate complexity into clear, usable guidance
Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Highly collaborative and comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
Excellent communication and people engagement skills across a matrixed organization

Possess a high energy level, sense of urgency, creativity, decisiveness, ability to work hard and well under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
Pharma experience a plus, process improvement and analytics experience strongly preferred.
