Relief Machine Operator - Nights ($28.31/hr)

Short & Sweet: Relieve operators on their days off and breaks by completing all tasks expected of operators at each position.

 

Description:

1. Perform according to Standard Operating Procedures in all positions.
2. Know all job functions of operators in the Cheese Processing Department
3. Comply with all good housekeeping and Good Manufacturing Procedures.
4. Communicate effectively with co-workers, maintenance and depart­ment management.
5. Follow all required safety practices and procedures.
6. Assist with dicers during changeovers.
7. Collect, weigh, and record all shift scrap and redice.
