Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Quote to Order Customer Order Specialist Jr. you are responsible for preparing commercial offers for customers and/or Account Managers based on their specific requirements, considering product pricing, apply any discounts, promotions, or special offers to quotes in line with internal guidelines and approval flow.

Your role:

• Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, including their features, options, and configuration customization possibilities to accurately quote and provide relevant information to internal/external customers;
• Ensure the accuracy of quotes, including product details, quantities, pricing, and terms to minimize errors and discrepancies.
• Generate Customer facing document and Interact with key account managers and/or customer to gather necessary information and clarify their needs, providing excellent service.
• Maintain detailed records of all quotes, including communication with customers and any adjustments or revisions made.
• Work closely with sales, modality specialist, master data and other areas to address and resolve configuration challenges or issue with the quoting process 
• Analyze quote data to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for improvement in the quoting process.

You're the right fit if:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree or currently undergoing studies of Logistics, Supply Chain or similar academic background.
• At least 1 year of experience in order intake, order processing, booking or an equivalent mix of academic background and experience.
• You are knowledgeable in programs such as SAP, Power Bi and/or Salesforce.
• Posses an advanced English
