Systems Administration, Senior Associate

Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Systems Administrator II to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is 100% remote.  The ideal candidate will maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network engineers. Will monitor and manage system resources, including CPU usage, disk usage, and response times to maintain operating efficiency. The ideal candidate perform systems security administration functions, including creating user profiles and accounts. Other duties may include setting up administrator accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space. You will interact with users and evaluate vendor products.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree and 2-3yrs of experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent and 5+ years of experience
• Must have experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Powershell, and VMWare
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance

Target Salary Range

$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
