<p><span>Mölnlycke is now looking for a <strong>Customer Service Specialist</strong> to join our Nordic team, with this position based in Helsinki. In this role, you will initially focus on supporting customers from order to invoice across the Finnish market and will, over time, also take on responsibilities for the Swedish market. As such, <strong>fluency in both Finnish and Swedish</strong> is essential to ensure high-quality service across our Nordic customer base.</span></p>

<li><span>Manage Mölnlycke customer experience for the assigned group of customers, territory or channel, ensuring follow-up of enquiries and post sales</span></li>
<li><span>Take ownership of the Order to Invoice processes to ensure the best customer experience, compliance and sustainability</span></li>
<li><span>Engage proactively with local sales and support functions as well as other internal/external organisations in order to secure that appropriate support is given to achieve customer satisfaction</span></li>
<li><span>Be the first and main contact person for all customer interactions (phone calls, e-mails…) ensuring professional and seamless communication</span></li>
<li><span>Handle customer demand: receive and process orders, inquiries according to Mölnlycke quality system procedures and guidelines. </span></li>
<li><span>Track and trace customers deliveries from order registration to delivery</span></li>

<p><strong><span>What you bring</span></strong></p>
<p><span>We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:</span></p>
<ul type="disc">
<li><span>A bachelor’s degree and/or solid experience in customer <span>service (minimum 3-5 years), </span>ideally within an international commercial setting</span></li>
<li><span>Proven ability to manage customer interactions via phone and email in a high-volume environment</span></li>
<li><span>A deep understanding of the order-to-invoice process</span></li>
<li><span>A strong drive for problem solving and first-time-right approach to ensure seamless customer experience in the OTC process.</span></li>
<li><span>Confidence using digital tools and systems</span></li>
<li><span>Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP (a plus, but not a must)</span></li>
<li><span>A self-driven mindset with a strong focus on delivering results</span></li>
