Talent Acquisition Partner – Front Office and Technology

Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) is hiring a Talent Partner to support our front office and technology teams. GTA leads programs and strategies that create a competitive advantage through the acquisition of high‑caliber talent.

How You Will Add Value


Core Responsibilities:

  • Build collaborative partnerships with hiring managers, assessing hiring needs and conducting research to create innovative sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines.

  • Proactively source, recruit and hire qualified candidates across multiple sites and all levels.

  • Manage agency partnerships, ensuring alignment and delivery of hiring goals.

  • Identify and troubleshoot challenges within the recruiting process, collaborating with partners for timely solutions.

  • Recommend and implement process/service improvements that enhance the hiring experience.


Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Proactively define and implement recruiting strategies with a consultative approach to support the Distribution and Investment Management functions.

  • Influence and drive business outcomes through recruitment activities.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the business and industry to shape cohesive, actionable recruiting strategies.

  • Leverage market intelligence and data to advise on hiring decisions and set realistic expectations.


What Will Help You Be Successful

  • 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.

  • Experience recruiting for Investment Management and/or Sales preferred.

  • Proven success recruiting technology talent across diverse technical disciplines preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to craft and deliver complex offers.

  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to consult at all levels.

  • Experience managing high-touch executive-level search and selection processes.

  • Ability to travel on occasion to meet with clients and attend recruitment events.

  • Strong business acumen needed to understand business environment and structure.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including cold calling and networking.


Technical Skills:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (i.e. Workday).

  • Expertise in search engines, social networks, and other search tools.

  • Experience with AI-driven tools to enhance sourcing, screening, market insights, and recruiting workflow.


This is a hybrid role that can be based out of any of the following office locations: St. Petersburg, FL; Baltimore, MD; Boston, MA; New York, NY; Stamford, CT.

Compensation: Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards—monetary and non-monetary — designed to support their well-being and recognize their time, talents, and results. We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $100,000 - $125,000, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
