Weekend Shift Machine Operator (Part Time, 1st Shift)

About Us

SBA Home North Carolina - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. Today we are looking for a Weekend Shift Machine Operator who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working hours 6am - 2pm. Saturday and Sunday only!

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery
• Set up manufacturing equipment
• Use machine equipment to complete tasks
• Evaluate the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying improvements as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance
• needs and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and customer standards

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Atleast 2 years of Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting or in a similar role.
