Commercial Sales Assistant

The job of a commercial sales assistant is to provide administrative sales support for the commercial sales team as it continues to grow. On a daily basis, the assistant would be involved with the logistics of an order by tracking all of the parts of the commercial order while keeping the customers informed of their order's status and/or location. This helps ensure that the customer can plan for a smooth delivery at their desired job site location. Over time, we would train the assistant to help with other areas of the commercial sales process such as keeping up with a commercial sales pipeline and depending upon the candidates strengths, perhaps even some invoicing on specific jobs.

Requirements

The successful candidate will need to be organized and possess a working knowledge of general Microsoft based products such as MS Office, Excel and Word. Helpful working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat creator/editor would be a plus. The winning candidate will be a likeable person who is easy to work with and likes a team atmosphere, one in which they become part of and contribute to the success.
