Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, organize, and execute sales events, including global sales meeting, sales incentives trip, and trade shows.
- Negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
- Develop and present event proposals and plans, including timelines, budgets, and themes, to key stakeholders.
- Manage and track event budgets to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Enter and oversee contract requests in the internal management system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event goals align with company objectives.
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, registration, catering, and on-site coordination.
- Identify and implement creative solutions to enhance attendee experiences.
- Evaluate event success through post-event feedback and analytics, making recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
- Bachelor degree
- Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or related roles.
SKILLS
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing cost-effective deals.
- Experience managing budgets and working with internal contract management systems.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
- Proficiency in event management tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and budgeting software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
