responsible for day-to-day operations for the technologies you support, working as part of a 
larger global team, continuously improving our global enterprise.

About the Role:

In this opportunity as a Senior Data Center Technician, you will:

• Serve as a technical expert for data center operations, providing advanced support for
• hardware, networking, and environmental systems.
• Lead and coordinate complex installations, migrations, and upgrades of servers,
• storage, and network equipment.
• Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents and implement long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, facilities, and IT teams to plan and execute infrastructure
• projects.
• Maintain and improve documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.
• Oversee asset management, inventory control, and lifecycle tracking of equipment.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOC 2, ISO
• 27001).
• Participate in capacity planning and contribute to strategic infrastructure decisions.
• Support audits and inspections while ensuring readiness for disaster recovery and
• business continuity

​About You:

You’re a fit for the role of Senior Data Center Technician if your background includes:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or
• related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of experience in data center operations or IT infrastructure support.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, networking equipment, and structured cabling.
• Strong understanding of power distribution, cooling systems, and environmental
• monitoring.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC, ISO, HIPAA) and audit processes.
• Proficiency with DCIM tools, ticketing systems, and remote management platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs.) and work in physically demanding
• environments.
