Job Description
We’re a fast-paced and results-oriented Product & Marketing team and we are looking for a leader who will develop and communicate the EDQ vision, brand and solution. You must be adept at translating complex technical concepts that can be easily consumed by colleagues, industry analysts and customers alike. You must be a data-driven growth-oriented team leader with practical experience across all product management, marketing and product marketing functions (but not constrained by concepts or thinking). You anticipate market trends, are customer focused and are the expert on our solutions and buyer personas to guide our solution strategy through the next phase of growth. This position requires someone with experience articulating a vision to numerous personas, a passion for consumer engagement across all channels, a firm grasp of current digital strategies, an innovation mindset, customer focused with proven leadership skills and experience gained in a B2B software environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor an organization capable of driving initiatives across the company. Recruit, develop, coach and counsel a strong solution Product and Marketing team made up of subject matter experts and software product marketers. Develop team accountabilities and performance expectations
- You and your team will be required to be unmatched experts in market dynamics being able to anticipate market trends, customer needs and the required strategy to grow our market position. Develop competitive intelligence, threat assessment, impactful insight and associated tactical recommendations
- Conducts research and analyzes data on product positioning, pricing and revenue, competitor products and services, and market trends to identify relevant solution bundles
- Evangelist for EDQ products across broader Experian; has a OneExperian mindset and proactively identifies opportunities to partner across BU’s.
- Package our solutions and enable the sales team to capitalize the market opportunities. Responsibility for how our products are packaged, launched and promoted as solutions that resonate buyers.
- Develop strategic plan and business cases working with cross-functional and Global teams outlining business opportunity, rationale, and operational plans to capture the opportunity including product, GTM strategies, and business model
- Track product performance, assesses contribution to company revenue and market position, and recommends product or marketing modifications to maximize value and increase product penetration. Champions NA product needs to Global teams to determine prioritization.
- Oversee the creation of high-level multi-channel marketing campaigns, multi-channel advertising, customer life-cycle, as they relate to brand recognition, revenue growth, visual identity, marketing strategy and financial goals
- Work collaboratively across the organization to develop, implement, track and optimize marketing efforts and promotional campaigns for various products, programs and services
- Oversight of multiple marketing functions: Product, Content, Product Marketing, Digital, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Event Planning and Business Development
- Know our customers, their pain points and their success stories and translate these into better content and campaigns with trackable improvements
- Work directly with Global EDQ Product Management, Product Marketing and Engineering to ensure all product roadmaps and functionality are fully utilized by the sales organization and
- Develop sales enablement content (playbooks, scripts, product presentations, etc.), measure the impact, collect feedback and ensure our sales teams have what they need in order to execute sales plays in the market
- Leverage NA development team for regional-specific product needs that will deliver material revenue to the EDQ business.
