About the Role- location is 500 Industrial Court
The Bilingual Coach will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for manufacturing operations personnel, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively and safely. The role requires proficiency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Training Development and Delivery:
◦ Develop, design, and deliver engaging and effective training programs for manufacturing processes, procedures, and safety protocols, both in English and Spanish.
◦ Utilize various training methods, including classroom instruction, hands-on training, and online modules, to cater to different learning styles.
◦ Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to ensure employees understand and adhere to company standards.
• Training Needs Assessment:
◦ Identify training needs and gaps within the manufacturing operations team, both in English and Spanish.
◦ Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

• Onboarding and Support:
◦ Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, providing them with the necessary training and support to succeed in their roles.
◦ Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees, addressing their questions and concerns in both English and Spanish.

• Communication and Collaboration:
◦ Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and other departments, both verbally and in writing, in both English and Spanish.
◦ Collaborate with other trainers and training managers to ensure consistency and quality in training programs.

• Translation and Interpretation:
◦ Translate training materials, documents, and other relevant information as needed, ensuring accuracy and clarity in both languages.
◦ Interpret instructions and procedures for employees who may have limited English proficiency
.
• Flexible Job Assignments:
◦ When the need for translation is low, this role will be assigned to a production role on the line they are proficient in.
◦ This person will complete skill blocks contained within the skill based wage program, however their wage will not be adjusted with completion.

What You Need:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience training in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish; read, write and speak.
• Experience as a technician in a manufacturing setting preferred
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experienced user of Microsoft 365 suite
