What You’ll Do
As a VAS Associate, you’ll be part of our Distribution Center team located in Charlotte NC. You’ll get to:  
•    Perform a variety of functions for the Value-Added Services (VAS) team including safe and efficient movement of products for various VAS and Plant 41 builds.
•    Demonstrated focus on safety, quality, and achievement of specific/exact objectives.
•    Initiative and flexibility to get the job done.
•    Self-motivation to fulfill customer and business requirements and expectations.
•    Ability to perform any function at any time when the need arises.
•    Manual lifting and movement of boxes, totes, and other containers weighing up to 60 lbs as well as performing basic order filling, receiving, shipping, and inventory transactions.
•    Will work in multiple functions VAS (rework), specials, Returns, DC), wherever the business requires.
•    Perform housekeeping activities associated with various day to day assignments.
•    Must have flexibility to work unscheduled daily/weekly overtime based on business needs.

•    Strong desire to exceed department and customer expectations.
•    Ability to lift up to 45 pounds independently.
