Responsibilities
The Office Manager supports the Branch Director, conducting and/or coordinating all back office and general office functions as well as sales and business development. The Office Manager is a generalist who is able to work any position in the branch.

The Office Manager supports the Branch Director, conducting and/or coordinating all back office and general office functions as well as sales and business development. The Office Manager is a generalist who is able to work any position in the branch.
- Works with Branch Director to manage fiscal matters
- Ensures the completion, maintenance and submission of reports and records required by NurseCore, Federal, State, local laws and regulations
- Supports recruitment effort, to include active recruitment activities as well as orientation support
- Supports all scheduling activity
- Reviews account receivable reports and keeps Branch Director apprised of issues
- Conducts routine audits of personnel files to assure compliance
- Identifies and conducts sales activities to ensure adequate pipelines for business development
- Orders supplies and keeps office in working order
- Supports and exemplifies AWESome company initiatives
- All other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- At least one year of training or experience in a service related industry
- At least one year of experience in home health care, with commercial insurance and private pay experience preferred
- Experience should emphasize problem solving skills in a patient care setting
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
