Position Summary
The Coordinator, Tech Ops Admin reports to the Manager Administrative and is responsible for carrying out assigned duties using JetBlue guidelines and processes. The Coordinator, Tech Ops Admin provides administrative support to all Tech Ops hourly crewmembers, which includes Maintenance, Quality Control and Material crewmembers as well as support for the Maintenance Managers and Supervisors. The Coordinator, Tech Ops Administrative is highly organized, attentive to detail and can work under minimal supervision in a highly pressured environment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Processes and submits payroll for all hourly crewmembers in Technical Operations on a weekly basis
- Update work schedules of hourly crewmembers and ensure minimum manpower requirements are met per station; if not, post and award overtime slots
- Create and maintain departments filing system
- Monitor office supply inventory and order as necessary; ensure received supplies are correct and expensed appropriately
- Assist Tech Ops leadership in tracking crewmembers’ time and attendance records
- Address crewmembers’ requests and needs in a professional manner providing follow up
- Handle all aspects of meeting and event coordination
- Responsible for completing the return to work check list for all crewmembers coming back to work after a 30 day or more leave
- Schedule and track and remind crewmembers of any outstanding training
- Assist with company and station ID renewals
- Provide administrative support to station Leadership
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) Diploma
- Two (2) year of customer service, administrative support, or office support experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel in develop and report metrics
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing information quickly
- Ability to work independently, under minimal supervision, in a team environment
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a valid Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Badge
- Depending on location, may need to acquire and maintain a United States Customs Clearance
- Available for overnight travel (10%)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
