Team Introduction
The Data Security Management & Governance team is responsible for managing and mitigating data security risks posed within the organization. To identify the data security risks and enhance the company's security management level, this team is responsible for the construction of the company's data security management system, defining the identification of security risks, and driving the implementation of security governance solutions. This team is also accountable for compiling company data security management regulations/polices, optimizing data security management processes, and operating the internal security platform.

Responsibilities
1. Accountable for establishing and maintaining data security metrics, conducting systematic monitoring of indicators, and performing attribution analysis. Measure the company's security level from multiple dimensions and provide risk inputs for data security governance.
2. Responsible for the construction of the company's data security management system, defining the identification of security risks, and driving the implementation of security governance solutions to enhance the company's security management level and collaborative capabilities.
3. Write company data security management regulations/polices, optimize data security management processes, and innovate data security management methods.
4. Responsible for the operation of the internal security platform. Develop effective operational plans and processes in line with business and platform development goals. Handle daily operational issues of the platform and respond to and drive the resolution of business-related problems.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Mathematics, Statistics, Management, or Computer Science.
2. Minimum of 3 years of work experience, with a preference for experience in security governance, access management, consulting, or security platforms-related work.
3. Excellent communication skills and logical thinking ability.
4. Calm and composed personality, a strong inclination towards learning, and a team-oriented mindset.
5. Self-driven and results-oriented, enjoys challenging tasks, demonstrates enthusiasm for work, and can handle job pressures.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Have experience with other internet technology companies and work as a data security IC or leader.
2. Be able to use large models or have data analysis capabilities.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118800 - $269800 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
