Position Overview: PCI Municipal Services is seeking for a Lead Event Cashier in Oklahoma City with great customer service and communication skills. We offer a flexible schedule. We have a proud history of providing high quality, progressive and innovative parking management services at hotels, hospitals, retail centers, commercial buildings, and special events.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cashier at entrance, taking cash, and/or credit card payments.
• (May use a mobile device to help with traffic flow and for special event parking)
• Control traffic at entrance and exits, as needed.
• Obtain a thorough knowledge of the park facility.
• Provide incoming vehicles directions to the on-site park facilities and parking areas.
• Report any known accidents, observed or suspected parks violations, safety hazards or any unusual occurrences to the Park Ranger and your immediate Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Essential Job Functions:

• Customer service and courtesy skills a must.
• Must be able to manage all the cash transactions in the workplace.
• Able to maintain accurate control of tickets as well as following all assigned duties and operating procedures as required.
• Must be punctual, thorough and have a great work ethic.
• Great communication skills with the members of your team, guests, and management.
