Requirements

Requirements include:

~ 2 years’ experience working on a Multi-Family Property.

~ Sales Ability / Leasing Experience.

~ Computer Skills (MS Office), YARDI software experience is a plus.

~ Good Interpersonal Skills.

~ 2 years Experience with HOME/LIHTC (Tax Credit) helpful.

Job Type: Part Time

Pay: Negotiable

Must be able to work 3 days (24 hours) per week. NO WEEKENDS.
