The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As a Product Stewardship ERP Product Owner -Product Compliance Discrete Items (PCDI) and Substance Volume Tracking (SVT), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Driving development of the solution and acting as the bridge between the development team and business stakeholders, leveraging Scrum methodology.
  • Applying deep ERP cross-functional integration expertise across Customer Service, Sourcing, and Logistics to incorporate Substance Volume Tracking (SVT) and Product Compliance Discrete Items (PCDI) activities.
  • Owning the product backlog and defining the vision for the future state solution.
  • Ensuring alignment of deliverables with business goals and guiding the team toward successful outcomes.
  • Owning the health of the solution by making key decisions, establishing processes, and communicating user stories to the development team.
  • Adapting to changing priorities and maintaining flexibility in a dynamic environment.

 Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND three (3) years of combined product stewardship, Product Owner, Engineering, or Project Management experience in a private, public, government or military environment

AND

  • High School Diploma/GED AND seven (7) years of combined product stewardship, Product Owner, Engineering or Project Management experience in a private, public, government or military environment
     

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • SAP experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master’s degree in IT, public health, toxicology, regulatory science, medical field, or related discipline from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years of experience in ERP, IT, or product stewardship within private, public, government, or military environments
  • Manufacturing Bill of Material (BOM) experience
  • Strong project management skills; PMP or Scrum certification preferred
  • Experience in regulatory affairs, scientific affairs, or business operations involving global regulations
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional, global teams
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of medical device industry standards and practices

Work location:  

  • Remote in United States

Travel: May include up to 20%
