Your team

You’ll be working as part of the Wealth Advice Center team as a Registered Client Service Associate (CSA) where you will interact with our clients and handle time sensitive service requests. You will play a critical within your team of Client Service Associates who are tasked with providing excellent service to both our Clients and our Financial Advisors at the direction of the Service Managers.

Your expertise

• ideally, 2+ years of prior financial services experience
• SIE required to be completed 30 days prior to joining UBS and Series 7, and Series 66 will need to be obtained within 150 days of employment (Series 66 may be completed prior to start, highly recommended)
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is required
• strong track record of success in previous positions
• known for getting things done and inspiring others to follow you
• able to manage your time well and handle a large workload in a complex environment
• highly detail oriented and prioritize work to ensure everything is completed in a timely manner
• excellent problem solver and collaborate well with other people and teams
• individual that demonstrates self-confidence and the ability to maintain composure in challenging environments
• driven with a proactive mindset and an excellent listener who has outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• able to manage projects independently while assuming a high level of responsibility
• ability to lead and positively influence others in a challenging environment

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $68000 to $75000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
