Join us as a (Senior) Closed User Group Testing Coordinator (all genders) in our Road Testing team in Hamburg and help shape the future of autonomous mobility!
The autonomous vehicle road testing team, is responsible for all vehicle testing on public roads in Europe. As part of testing the autonomous vehicles on public roads, a closed user group testing (CUGT) is executed in Hamburg within the project ALIKE to test the autonomous vehicles end-2-end with real customers. Furthermore, the road testing team supports and coordinates MOIAs global public road testing activities and conducts demonstration drives worldwide with politicians, investors, customers, and other stakeholders.
What you will do
- You will be responsible to ensure that the end-2-end closed user group testing with autonomous test vehicles in Hamburg will be executed daily on public roads in Hamburg.
Therefore,
- Planning and ensuring vehicle availability for CUGT and end-2-end testing
- Ensure effective repair and maintenance processes with MOIA vehicle service team to reduce vehicle downtime
- Execute software-environment and software release management for vehicle fleet
- Ensure issues that are blocking the end-2-end testing are resolved as fast as possible
- Ensuring seamless and aligned collaboration between different teams and stakeholders that are relevant for end-2-end testing
- Optimization of processes
- Improve instructions for safety driver and fleet control center personnel
- Ensure continuous improvement of all involved personnel - Testing & Reporting
- Measure and report fleet effectiveness
- Analyze and report biggest issues during closed user group testing
- Prioritize issues and prepare escalations - Engineering
- Plan and support in the execution of further end-2-end tests ( e.g. release testing)
- Analysis and reporting of issues
What will help you to fulfill your role
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Strong communicator:
- Experience in coordination of various heterogeneous teams & stakeholders in complex project setups
- Experience in creation of (management-) presentations
- Experience in testing ADAS/autonomous driving is desirable
- Prior experience in operational areas is advantageous
- Fluent German and English skills.
