Job Title: Security Officer

Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Security Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, customers, and visitors. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling the premises, responding to incidents, and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of employees, customers, and visitors

- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner

- Type incident reports in detail 

- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment

- Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify potential security risks

- Maintain accurate records of incidents and security-related activities

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to security

- Provide excellent customer service to all employees, customers, and visitors

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Must know how to use Microsoft programs

- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role

- Knowledge of security operations and procedures

- Ability to operate security equipment, including CCTV systems and access control systems

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
