JOB SUMMARY: This position is an administrative and technical which is defined as a Service Owner. The service owner is accountable for a specific service (Infrastructure, Application or Professional Service) within an organization regardless of where the technology components or professional capabilities reside. To ensure that a service is managed with a business focus, the definition of a single point of accountability is essential to provide the level of attention and focus required for its delivery.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  

• Five (5) Years in an IT role.
• Experience in documentation.
• Experience in developing KPIs and Service Metrics.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

• Relevant college may be substituted on a year for year basis.

PREFERENCES:

• Project Management or Service Delivery documentation experience
• Networking experience
• Azure experience

SPECIAL NOTES:

• The anticipated salary for this position is $4,958.46 / monthly.
• Position located in Tallahassee, Florida and is eligible for one day of telework a week.

SALARY: $56,526.48 - $62,476.68 / annually
