Sentara CarePlex Hospital located in Hampton, VA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Coordinator/Charge Nurse) for the Medical Oncology Unit. 

Full-time: 36 Hours

Shift: Night

Requirements:

·        Registered Nurse BSN

·        18 Months of nursing experience

We are a 16-bed unit that specializes in providing exceptional care for Solid Tumor Oncology, Hematology Oncology, and Surgical Oncology patients.

• The unit provides the following services: Chemotherapy/Biotherapy drug administration (Certification required after 6-months of hire.)
• Pre/Post-Surgical Care· Hospice and Palliative Care
• Sickle Cell Management

Under the direction of the department manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff.
