Position Purpose:

Responsible for management of all aspects of the Centralized Patient Financial Services operations for both Hospital and Physician Services. This responsibility includes updating and maintaining policies, continually identifying opportunities to automate processes, improve net cash collections, lower days outstanding and manage departmental costs to flex budget. Provide excellent customer service through maintenance of external and internal customer relationships. This position is responsible for the implementation of processes that ensures maximizing the organizations net patient service revenues while maintaining regulatory and legal compliance with high levels of customer service. Responsible for managing all processes around billing, collecting, posting and account resolution. This leader seeks to identify and implement new and emerging strategies to increase efficiency, improve processes, and enhance the patient experience.
