Job Description

The Associate Director (AD) will be responsible for planning and executing Health Care Provider strategies and tactics for ELAHERE, the first and only approved treatment for FRα-positive platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. The AD will work closely with multiple commercial operation departments to ensure alignment in strategic direction and market execution. The AD will foster positive working relationships with sales, sales training, medical affairs, market research, regulatory, and other cross franchise teams.

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Support and participate in the development of strategy for field delivered tactics

· Help build the yearly brand tactical plan and develop tactics that align to the strategic brand plan primarily for HCP promotions, including omnichannel strategy and planning

· Direct marketing activities to targeted audiences ensuring that communications are aligned to segment-specific drivers, as appropriate

· Partner with medical, legal, and regulatory teams to review and approve promotional activities.

· Manage internal/external networks, consultants, and agency partners

· Perform budget tracking for responsible tactics

· Contribute to presentations for Executive Leadership

· Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and advocacy groups where appropriate

· Proactively support the sales force through ongoing communications of product plans, as well as through development and implementation of effective selling materials

· Continually evaluate the effectiveness of marketing plans and recommend changes in strategy or tactics as appropriate

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree. Masters preferred.

· 5-7 years
