We're eager to see your application and discuss the possibilities!</p><p> </p><p><strong>As a Senior Network Engineer you will:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Design, configure, and implement secure and scalable network solutions across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments</p></li><li><p>Maintain and improve network infrastructure, including routing (OSPF, BGP), switching, and wireless technologies</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues (L2/L3) and provide 3rd line technical support</p></li><li><p>Monitor network performance using tools like Catalyst Center, Zabbix, and NetFlow</p></li><li><p>Ensure network security by configuring and managing firewalls, VPNs, identity solutions, and Cisco ISE</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to manage network operations and projects</p></li><li><p>Participate in the design and implementation of certificates and authentication methods (e.g., 802.1x, wired/wireless)</p></li><li><p>Stay current with industry trends and evaluate new technologies for continuous improvement</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Who we are looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>A senior-level network engineer with a deep understanding of enterprise networking and security</li><li><p>A proactive team player with strong troubleshooting skills and customer-oriented mindset</p></li><li><p>Someone with hands-on experience supporting complex infrastructures in a global environment</p></li><li><p>A professional who is confident working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>We would also like you to have:</strong></p><ul><li><p>5+ years of experience in network engineering roles</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and switching technologies</p></li><li><p>Experience with Cisco, Check Point (Juniper and Palo Alto – a plus)</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in tools such as Cisco Catalyst Center, Zabbix, and NetFlow</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of Cisco ISE, Cisco WLC, and 802.1x authentication</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN/WLAN troubleshooting</p></li><li><p>Experience providing 3rd line customer support</p></li><li><p>Good English communication skills (written and spoken)</p></li></ul><p> </p><p>#LI-Remote</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>At Tietoevry, we believe in the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
