Identity Governance Administration Architect - Global Security Organization

Also known as "GSO", this team is the foundation of our efforts to keep TikTok safe, secure, and operating at scale for over 1 billion people around the world. We work to ensure that the TikTok platform is safe and secure, that our users' experience and their data remains safe from external or internal threats, and that we comply with global regulations wherever TikTok operates.

In whatever ways users interact with us — whether they're watching videos on their For You page, interacting with a Live video, or buying products on TikTok Shop — GSO protects their data and privacy, so they can have a secure and trustworthy experience.



We are seeking a strategic and experienced IGA Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in identity lifecycle management, role and policy-based access control, regulatory compliance, and access certification. This role requires both hands-on experience building custom IGA solutions and proficiency with industry-leading tools such as Saviynt, SailPoint, and Omada.



Key Responsibilities:

- Architect scalable and policy-driven IGA solutions aligned with enterprise security and compliance requirements.

- Define and maintain identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, access reviews, and certifications.

- Establish and enforce IGA policies, standards, and best practices in alignment with frameworks such as PCI-DSS, NIS2, ISO 27001, and SOX.

- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, platform, and security teams to implement advanced IGA features across various tools.

- Design and implement a comprehensive, policy-driven access governance framework.

- Partner with various product teams managing IGA tools to provide them guidance on designing and implementing advanced IGA features.

- Support audit and compliance initiatives by ensuring appropriate controls, documentation, and evidence are in place.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and operational teams.

- Stay current on emerging technologies, threats, and trends in the IAM and IGA space.
