Senior Project Leader, RH Contract

RH is seeking a Senior Project Leader to be responsible for large-scale projects across our Contract team. The ideal candidate will integrate multiple moving parts to ensure we deliver projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of customer service and technical skills, as well as a deep understanding of the larger project lifecycle and ecosystem of our brand and clients.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES 

• Live our Vision. Values, and Beliefs 
• Understand the path to advance each project, from the initial design concept through the delivery 
• Create and maintain comprehensive end to end project schedules to drive project priorities and on time completion, as well as meet forecasted Demand and Shipped Sales goals 
• Lead creation of quotes, invoices, and order fulfillment planning through strong communication with Sales, Design, Sourcing, and Logistics leaders
• Coordinate and Lead project status meetings and follow up on actionable 
• Partner  across all teams to ensure a streamlined approach to how we communicate, from internal partners to our factories and ultimately to our customers 

OUR REQUIREMENTS 

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Project Management or Procurement role 
• Proven high performing project manager who is motivated to drive results through strong collaboration, leadership, and critical thinking
• Possesses initiative, process innovation, problem solving, and decision making quality with high attention to precision and accuracy at a task specific level 
• Proficient in multiple systems and spreadsheets such as SalesForce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google applications 
• Demonstrate flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend work requirements as necessary
