THE ROLE

Insomniac is looking for a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, organizing, and distributing event-related inventory and equipment. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with inventory tracking. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. This position will report to the Crew Lead and the Warehouse Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, staging loads, and organizing shipments

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and store materials safely and efficiently

• Assist with routine inventory cycle counts

• Maintain the warehouse in a neat, clean and orderly condition

• Follow safety procedures and report any incidents or hazards to supervisors immediately

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks

• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent education or relevant experience

• 6+ months forklift experience

• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills

• Willingness to learn and master new systems and processes

• Ability to lift, assemble and quality control inspect various items

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments

• May work in drastic temperature climates

• Must be willing to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines 

• Able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time

• Able to twist, stop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch as needed

• Able to lift up to 75 lbs

• Ability to perform basic math-addition and subtraction as it relates to shipment, receipt and inventory counts

• Exposure to dust and loud noise as well as moving equipment
