Senior Staff Engineer, Digital Solutions

Work Flexibility: Onsite<p></p><p></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Engineer to join our Digital Solutions team.</p><p>As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge digital solutions.</p><p>This role requires a deep technical expertise in data analytics, software engineering, architecture, and innovation, as well as the ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to drive strategic business outcomes.</p><p></p><p><b>Leadership &amp; Strategy:</b></p><ul><li>Complete data analytics on multiple data sources to understand the pipelines and sources of data.</li><li>Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of digital solutions across a variety of platforms, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions that meet business goals.</li><li>Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and standards to ensure robustness and efficiency.</li><li>Conduct technical reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and technical acumen within the team.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement through code refactoring, automation, and optimization of development processes.</li><li>Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing root cause analysis and implementing solutions in a timely manner.</li><li>Debugging issues with gateways and lags from data accumulation.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new tools, evaluating and integrating them into the team’s workflows as appropriate.</li><li>Ensure the successful deployment of digital solutions, collaborating with DevOps teams to streamline continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.</li><li>Proven experience in designing and delivering creative and innovative digital solutions, systems architecture, and cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).</li><li>Strong knowledge of modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps) and lifecycle management.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Experience:</b></p><ul><li>8+ years of experience in software engineering or a similar technical role.</li><li>Demonstrable ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic, collaborative <span>team                            </span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Technical Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Competent with data analysis tools and techniques.</li><li>Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or similar.</li><li>Experience with data mining &amp; data analytics mythologies.</li><li>In-depth experience with frameworks and tools used in digital solution development, including front-end and back-end technologies.</li><li>Familiarity with microservices architecture, APIs, and containerization.</li><li>Competent and experienced with power BI and power apps.</li><li>Expertise in databases (SQL and NoSQL), data modelling, and performance optimization.</li><li>Experience with automated testing frameworks and code quality tools.</li><li>Experience in cloud infrastructure management and deployment.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Soft Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Confident and effective decision maker, with a proven technical leadership ability to negotiate and influence others.</li><li>Good listener to understand the user needs of the customer and ability to translate this to a user requirement and then build this to a solution that is required.</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced dynamic environment.</li><li>Excellent presentation and written / verbal communication skills</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>Travel Percentage: None<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
