Dental Hygienist

They serve as advocates for all of those in our Northeast Ohio community, especially the most vulnerable.

Task Responsibilities:

*Include but are not limited to:

• Non-surgical periodontal treatment
• X-rays
• Make molds for crowns and dental prosthetics
• Remove sutures
• Polish fillings and other metal restorations
• Take and record medical history and medication lists
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Licensed Dental Hygienists
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent job experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving skills

Requirements:

• Well-developed communication interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with a wide range of homeless individuals
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
