What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Directly supervise Production Supervisors staff
Responsible for achieving monthly financial performance commitments.
Assures facility meets all Federal, State, and Local Environmental, Health and Safety regulations.
Ensure compliance with Toro Safe start and BBS Safety programs as part of the day-to-day activities of Toro employees.
Supports Toro sustainability initiatives for natural resource and energy conservation programs.
Ensures training as required to assure the team is qualified and competent.
Responsible for compliance to / of the Quality Management System assuring all production is compliant to established quality standards.
Maintains shop floor data collection systems providing daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
Reviews and approves operation’s expenditures assuring an effective manufacturing operation while meeting budgetary objectives.
Leads Tier III Operations Meetings and participates in Tier IV Daily Operations Meetings.
Conducts daily Gemba walk as part of the facility tier review process.

What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of a school/employment visa at this time.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Plus (7) seven years of progressive manufacturing experience.
Strong Communication Skills.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Willing and able to make facility level decisions independently on a regular basis, generally consulting with the Director of Operations on decisions that may affect timelines, profit margins, other departments, and capitalized projects.
Lean Manufacturing Experience.
Results Oriented.
Ability to travel up to 15%
Preferred Qualifications:
Extrusion Experience.
