Software Engineer - Executive Engagement Team

We're looking for an experienced software engineer to join the Executive Engagement team. We are a product team that gives organizations the ability to seamlessly report on the progress and the health of their teams and initiatives. Our charter includes qualitative reporting (recurring status updates) and quantitative reporting (charts and dashboards), using a wide range of tools to share these updates (Asana, emails, exports). When this work happens well, organizational leaders are able to easily maintain an accurate view of the most critical context in their organization, allowing them to drive the best possible business outcomes.

What you’ll achieve

• Contribute to building a collaborative app for teams of all sizes
• Participate in every step of the product development process and collaborate with cross-functional partners, often leading workstreams/projects
• Make contributions to accelerate the velocity and impact of the team’s initiatives
• Develop clean, simple code, participate in code reviews with the team, and leave the codebase better than you found it
• Grow and develop your career in partnership with a mentor, your manager, and other functional leads

About you

• 3+ years of experience working within large, well maintained codebases
• Excited to work across the stack and learn about new technologies
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with other developers and functions
• Sound judgment when balancing moving quickly with producing sustainable code
• Passionate about creating a cohesive user experience and attentive to details
• You “get stuff done” and care deeply about helping teams collaborate more effectively and efficiently, including your own

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit. 

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $171,000 - $209,000.  The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
