Warehouse Supervisor - Night Shift

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team! $2,000 Sign on BONUS!

As a Warehouse Supervisor - Nights you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse performance.

Night Shift Supervisor: Monday-Friday 11:00PM-7:00AM

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

A Taste of the Job:

• Provide coaching and leadership to the team and provide assistance on the floor wherever needed as a working part of the team
• Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory by investigating, resolving, and improving inconsistencies of inventory
• Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity and maintaining necessary records
• Communicating with outgoing Lead and/or Supervisor for pertinent information regarding the previous shift(s)
• Auditing and directing corrections of Finished Goods pallet ID numbers on a load list
• Safely and accurately load Finished Goods onto a trailer
• Auditing all paperwork, including customs documents and regulatory compliance if goods are crossing the border
• Scheduling inbound empty trailers for loading, and checking the receiving calendar to compile proper paperwork for the day’s incoming loads in conjunction with the Warehouse Coordinator
• Inspecting and receiving packaging materials into the system using an RF scanner, a BOL, and a PO cover sheet

Path for Success:

• High School Diploma required
• College Degree or equivalent workplace experience
• Five years of experience and 2-3 years of direct supervision in Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving
• Proven track record of achieving results through the growth and development of others
• Demonstrated ability to collect data, analyze and draw facts, make decisions based on those facts
