Technical Trainer

Overview:

Job Title: Technical Trainer

Job Location: Remote, US

Job Responsibilities:

The Technical Trainer position shall be responsible for:

• Delivery of structured training in a Military type of environment.
• Providing training in some discipline of either Satellite Communications or Network Communications following a structured curriculum.
• Perform inspections of training programs and personnel to ensure compliance with Government policy.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on the content areas in which they specialize.
• Managing the learning environment for classroom setup, systems setup, course materials, media, and on-line learning.
• Tracks daily attendance and student performance against outlined competencies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• An Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret Clearance 
• Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
• Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Have excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide and receive feedback in a training environment.
• Able to travel up to 30% both CONUS and Internationally.

Education:

• High School Diploma.
• Some college preferred.
