  • Provide oversight of client census within your assigned area
  • Ensure site meets census and budgetary expectations
  • Complete other clinical duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling (required)
  • Preferred licenses: MHC, LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, or Ph.D. in Psychology
  • 1–3 years of experience in behavioral healthcare or substance use treatment, ideally with culturally diverse populations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and problem-solve effectively
  • Experience facilitating group, individual, and family counseling
