JOB SUMMARY:
The College of Human Development, Culture, and Media seeks Federally Funded work-study students to assist and support team needs in the Office of the Dean for Academic Year 2024-25.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This individual will perform a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in the office setting. Duties include sorting and distributing mail, greeting office visitors, assistance with office restocking supplies, and organizing files. Updating Excel spreadsheets, assistance with campus event preparation, and other duties assigned.
Staffing will be needed between the hours of 8:45am-4:45pm, Monday-Friday.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Up to date in Microsoft Office Suite programs (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Cordial and respectful demeanor, with a strong ability to interact effectively with all levels of the University community. Detail-orientated, dependable, and punctual. A high level of confidentiality is required.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of business office equipment is helpful. Previous office experience is preferred.

This position is conditional on receiving Federal Work Study Award for 2024-25. Position is from September 2024 to May 2025.
