Chargé de projets RSE / CSR program officer H/F

As CSR Officer, you will:

• Contribute to the development of the strategy, the policy, the action plan and the follow-up of the Corporate Social Responsibility of the federation and/or affiliates
• Perform benchmark analyzes of the best practices in the field
• Propose strategic recommendations and areas of progress for the CSR department
• Be one of the key contacts (internally and externally) within the ESG/CSR team on all matters relating to CSR
• Set up and facilitate focused working groups that investment affiliates will be able to join and that will be the key means for affiliates to share information and best practices, and to identify areas that allow cooperation or sharing of resources
• Support affiliates in further policy development and in development of programs and initiatives that will allow them to make further progress their CSR
• Develop metrics / scorecards / targets to monitor and manage actions carried out by the federation and the affiliates
• Contribute to the CSR annual report
• Collaborate with the communication teams on the development of a new awareness campaign for employees and for all the stakeholders as well as on the marketing of the department activities.
