• Commercial management of international consultancy contracts
• Preparing price quotations for proposals 
• Preparing contracts for clients, partners and freelancers
• Invoicing clients
• Checking and processing incoming invoices, project expenses, as well as local petty cash accounts
• Correspondence with clients, experts and partner companies

A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US

• Successfully completed apprenticeship in the commercial field or business studies with professional experience of more than 5 years / knowledge in a similar position; preferably project business
• Excellent written and spoken command of French and English
• Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite
• Independent and methodical way of working
• Good knowledge of accounting in accordance with Germany’s Commercial Code (HGB/ Handelsgesetzbuch)
• ERP experience
