Senior Program Manager

Definitive Logic is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the Air Force Nuclear Command Control and Communications (NC3) Integration Directorate.  This position is contingent upon award.
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:·       Accountable for all aspects of the program/project over the entire project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close).·       Plan, staff, budget, and direct one or more program(s) to ensure the timely delivery of contractual commitments to customers ·       Accountable for program/project staffing, resource management, and performance management·       Gathers pre-implementation and post-implementation facts (from customer stakeholders) to document Business Case, outcomes achieved, and ROI delivered ·       Prepares strategic reviews of project status with leadership ·       Effectively coordinates risks and opportunities to leadership ·       Obtains customer validation of outcomes achieved and ROI delivered·       Documents Past Performance write-ups ·       Accountable for program growth

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience
• Managed a consulting strategy and organizational design project of $3M or more in value
• Track record of helping organizations align and integrate
• Understanding and experience in DoD Weapon system acquisition – nuclear preferred   
• Extremely strong executive presence and communication skills
• Very strong professional network
• Deep knowledge and experience with operational and organizational transformation
• Strong performance management and measurement background
• Proven track record of leading process, operational and organizational improvement
• Track record of successful client engagements or projects with high ROI
• Knowledge and understanding of the following strategy and operational processes
-Change Management -Strategic Planning -Governance -Process Improvement and Process Integration -Organizational Design, Including Roles and Responsibilities -Strategic Communications -Strategy and Operational Metrics
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
• PMP certification
• CSM or equivalent certification
• Active Secret clearance
