We are looking for a Team Lead Business Intelligence that fuels the business with insights, helps finding new opportunities and plays a key role in defining and implementing a tailor-made data strategy. As part of our amazing team, you will be able to shape how our products are delivered to our scaling international customer base. Building on your expertise you will make sure that we provide the business with state-of-the-art systems and technology that makes the ever-increasing complexity of the business manageable. 

Job Description

• You will gain a deep understanding of our business and processes  
• You will take full ownership of the team dedicated to sales analytics of one of our business units 
• You will manage, lead, and further build out a competent and empowered team of Business Intelligence Analysts and Analytics Engineers 
• You will closely work with the Leadership team and other business leaders, acting as thought leader and sparring partner 
• You will partner with our VP Data and Engineering team to enhance data infrastructure, data availability, and enable broad access to business insights 
• You will support both the team and individuals on their career development journey 

Qualifications

• You have a strong background of academic or professional experience of business intelligence, data science or similar field (min. 3-5 years). Bonus points for prior sales or operations experience 
• You are skilled in SQL & Python, have a good understanding of data warehousing, ETL and reporting/analytic tools 
• You demonstrated leadership in a growth and complex environment as well as strong stakeholder management, team management and organizational skills 
• You have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work in a self-driven, results-oriented, and independent manner, taking initiative to improve decision-making and drive the business 
• You are fluent in English, German and any other language is a plus
