About the role

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr. Project and Process Manager - Corporate Communications, to lead our department’s diverse projects and initiatives. This role is critical in developing and enhancing project management, department processes, improving reporting, and optimizing workflow. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing cross-functional projects, expert in using and customizing project management tools (especially Workfront), and adept at developing efficient enterprise- and department-wide processes. A strong process advocate with excellent technical skills and a collaborative approach is key.

 

Positive collaboration and communication with members of the Corporate Communications team including Creative, PR, Internal Comms, Social Media, Web, and others, including our brand/business partners across 27 Fujifilm entities. Works closely with the department leaders to establish and implement effective processes and elevate standards while bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the table, and best practices to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and act as the subject matter expert on project and process management for the FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation Corporate Communications team, ensuring efficient planning, resource management, tracking deliverables, and execution.
  • Provide detailed, regular reporting to track team successes and challenges, fostering a data-driven approach.
  • Customize and manage the Workfront platform for optimal process integration, user experience, and comprehensive reporting.
  • Develop and implement department-wide project workflows to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate with teams including Creative Studio, Public Relations, External/Internal Communications, Social Media, and more, for projects involving multiple teams within the department.
  • Manage briefing, proofing, QA processes for design projects requiring marketing and branding support.
  • Implement resource planning and scheduling standards using an agile approach and applying a credit system for efficient workload distribution.
  • Manage risk, scope creep, and proactively address issues.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling diverse marketing project flows from print to digital.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, technical, teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

 

Required Skills/Education:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, preferably in marketing.
  • Proficiency in Workfront or similar project management tools; adaptable to new platforms.
  • Strong leadership, meeting facilitation, and collaborative skills.
  • Detail-oriented and focused on deadline adherence.
  • Ability to work remotely with necessary technology provided.

 

Desired Skills:

  • PMP or Prince 2 certification (preferred but not required).
  • Deep experience in resource planning and balanced project management.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of strategic and creative problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competencies in initiative, partnership, attention to detail, and professionalism.

 

Performance Metrics Include (but are not limited to):

  • Effective setup and optimization of Workfront, leading to full user adoption.
  • Successful development and implementation of reporting systems and process improvements.
  • Continued efficient management of diverse projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

 

 

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary range: up to $115
