Senior Transformation & Project Officer

We dont present ethnicity, religion, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation or identity.</p> <p>Its time to burst the bubble, and we will do it together!</p> <p></p> <p><strong>What You'll do:</strong></p> <p>- Align the objectives for defined and agreed activities with business change objectives and authorize the selection and planning of all related projects and activities;</p> <p>- Plan, direct and co-ordinate activities to manage and implement complex projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage;</p> <p>- Plan, schedule, monitor and report on activities related to the project;</p> <p>- Lead the project teams in determining business requirements and translating requirements into operational plans, following the deployment with IT and project teams;</p> <p>- Determine, monitor and review all project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources and risk;</p> <p>- Support with framing different initiatives, building necessary project trackers to ensure a smooth deployment;</p> <p>- Animate workshops with operational teams on different topics, consolidating and formalizing results;</p> <p>- Preparation of presentations for recurring project and portfolio coordination meetings;</p> <p>- Reporting and KPIs to track the progress of projects and the EMS project portfolio;</p> <p>- Development of necessary trackers and other reports to ensure project objectives are achieved;</p> <p>- Hybrid Work Model.<br/></p> <p></p> <p><strong><br/>What You Are:</strong></p> <p>- +5 year's of experience in the role or similiar positions;</p><p>- Proficiency with Confluence, Power point, Excel, Power BI and Jira;</p><p>- Experience in change management, project management methodologies and stakeholder management;</p><p>- Leadership skills;</p><p>- Data Analysis and Reporting;</p><p>- English and portuguese speaker.</p> <p><br/></p> <p><strong>What youll get:</strong></p> <p>- Wage according to candidate's professional experience;</p> <p>- Remote Work whenever possible;</p> <p>- Allocation of health insurance from the beginning of the employment;</p> <p>- Delivery of work equipment adjusted to the performance of functions;</p> <p>- And others.</p> <p></p> <p>Work together with expert teams on projects of large magnitude and intensity, long term together with our clients, all leaders in their industries.</p> <p></p> <p>Are you ready to step into a diverse and inclusive world with us?</p> <p><strong>Together we will promote uniquess!</strong></p>
