About the role and about You:
Are you a fitness enthusiast with a passion for data-driven innovation? Are you excited to join a fast-growing company that's changing the game of indoor fitness? If so, we want you to join our team as a Data Product Manager at Zwift! As our Data Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the development of data-driven products that enhance our users' experience, increase engagement, and drive business value. You'll work closely with a cross-functional team of talented professionals, including engineering wizards, design gurus, marketing maestros, and customer support superheroes, to bring your ideas to life.
What you’ll do:
- Define and own the product roadmap for data-related features and capabilities
- Work with stakeholders across the organization to identify user needs, business opportunities, and technical feasibility
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineers, data analysts, and data scientists to build scalable, reliable, and high-quality data products that leverage our data assets, including real-time data, historical data, and third-party data
- Monitor and analyze the performance of data products and features, using metrics such as user engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue, and iterate based on feedback and data.
- Bridge data to business insights to manage a portfolio of scalable data solutions.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions. SQL knowledge is a must
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data and ideas to diverse audiences
- Experience working in an agile development environment and using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello
- A track record of building successful data products that have driven user engagement and business growth
Bonus points:
- Love of fitness and/or cycling
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI
- Previous experience in the fitness or gaming industry
The base salary for this position ranges between $159,000 and $255,000. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
